Muli, MwotajiMiss Fouasso+1Running campaigns for Mwotaji, Miss Fouasso and more · clippers paid every Friday on M‑Pesa

Marketing has changed.

When you want everyone to know about you on social media, you call Katafy.

We have a network of 150+ Kenyan clippers, creators and micro-influencers who take one video you already have and turn it into short clips on their own TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or feature your brand in a video of their own. We review every clip, and you only pay once it passes a minimum number of verified views.

Two ways we run campaigns

Clipping

You give us one long video

Our network cuts it into shorts and posts them on their own accounts. Every account has its own followers, so one video reaches lots of different crowds.

UGC

Creators feature your brand

We pay micro-influencers to feature your brand and talk about it in their own videos, on their own accounts. They get paid per verified view, not per post.

Both ways, you only pay for verified views.

A real example from one of our campaigns.

Speed's Kenya stream got 10 million views. Other people's clips got 12 million more.

When IShowSpeed came to Nairobi in January, the stream was only the start. Fan pages and clippers cut it into short videos and kept posting for months. Ipsos counted 93.1 billion potential online impressions in three days. Most of the people who saw it never watched the stream.

views on 19 YouTube videos about Speed's Kenya day posted by other channels, many with under 50K subscribers. That's YouTube alone, before TikTok and Instagram.

YouTube views as of 12 Oct 2026, collected by Katafy. Impressions: Ipsos via Capital FM. Names in the strip above: MrBeast and Vyro (Bloomberg), Druski (TheWrap), Call of Duty (Whop), Sony, Fox, NFL and Higgsfield AI (Business Insider), Taco Bell and DoorDash (WSJ), Selena Gomez (Variety), Cluely (NPR). How a campaign runs

01

You send us one video

A podcast, a launch, an event, an interview. No video? We’ll tell you what to record on your phone.

02

We brief the creators

Style, approved claims, the hashtag and mention every post must carry, and a tracking link or code. Most start posting within a day.

03

They post on their own accounts

TikTok, Reels and Shorts, in English, Swahili or another local language you choose. We skip Facebook and X because the views there are harder to trust.

04

We push what’s working

When one clip takes off, we show the whole network the hook, the caption and the edit, so the next round copies it.

05

You see the numbers

Verified views per clip, clicks or signups per creator, and a short report on what made people stop scrolling.

See what’s running right now on our live campaigns page.

How the money works

You set a budget. Creators earn per 1,000 verified views, and only once a clip passes 1,000 views. Each clip has a payout cap, so one viral clip can’t eat the whole budget.

Our fee is charged on what creators actually earn. The campaign runs until the budget is spent.

Views aren’t guaranteed, but you only pay for verified views.

Every campaign comes with

  • A written brief and content rules
  • Creators posting on TikTok, Reels and Shorts
  • A check on every clip before it counts
  • Billing on verified views only
  • Weekly M-Pesa payouts to creators, handled by us
  • A live campaign page and a final report

Questions brands ask us

Can I choose who posts?

We invite creators whose audiences fit you, and the wider network posts too. That mix is where the reach comes from.

How do I track sales?

Every creator gets a unique link or code, so you can see who sent traffic and signups.

How long do posts stay up?

At least 30 days. Most keep pulling views long after that, unlike an ad that stops when the budget does.

What if I don’t have content?

Tell us on the strategy call. We’ll give you a short list of things to film on your phone, or run it as a UGC campaign.

Can you reach audiences outside Kenya?

Our network is Kenyan and so are most of its viewers. Ask us on a call if you’re planning further.

How do you know the views are real?

Clippers send a screenshot of their analytics with every claim. We check where the viewers are, how the views came in and how people engaged. Clips with views that look bought or botted are rejected, and the clipper is removed from the network.

Is it safe for my brand?

You approve the source video and the rules before anything goes out: what can be said, what can't, and the disclosure the platforms require. We review every clip against those rules before its views count. Anything off-brief is rejected and never paid for.

Does this work for B2B brands?

Yes. The people who sign off on budgets scroll too. TikTok's 2024 B2B research found 66% of company decision-makers on TikTok use it to learn about business products, and in Kenya TikTok reaches almost three times as many adults as LinkedIn has members.

Bring one video. We’ll show you what we’d cut.

Thirty minutes. We’ll look at what you already have, tell you whether clipping or UGC fits better, and give you a views target and the budget that goes with it.

No video yet? Come anyway. We’ll tell you what to record on your phone.
